AATeams Logo Transparent 360AAT – Arctic Action Team
The Arctic Action Teams (AAT) was formed in 2013 by Robert and Carolyn Buchanan. The focus of AAT is to make zoos and aquariums the centers of conservation communication for their communities by inspiring and creating action to help achieve these two critical goals. The loss of the Arctic and Antarctic ice would have a devastating effect on global biodiversity.

Environmental Psychology Group RUG – Groningen University
The main interest is to understand what motivates people to do the right thing, and how we can encourage pro-environmental actions. The group examines factors influencing pro-environmental actions, and the effects and acceptability of environmental policies. They study individual behaviour, behaviour in local communities as well as environmental behaviour at work. Also, the effects of nature, environmental conditions and behaviour on well-being are studied.
